MultiAsset Development Model - Owner Occupant

The MultiAsset Development Model - Owner Occupant is specifically used as a high level, back of the napkin look at a multi-use development project where the sponsor intends to occupy space in the commercial buildings, generating a loss of income from that space. The specific use case this model was used for was three commercial outparcels (130K SF), two retail pads (11K SF), and one multifamily development (150 units). The following modules are included in this model:
